Crawfish Boil Partnership with Unitarian Church

Have you ever noticed the OTHER church on the other corner of S. Claiborne Ave and Jefferson Ave?  We have a very interesting shared history!  Both congregations can trace our roots to the same man, Rev. Dr. Theodore Clapp in the early 1800s.  Both churches occupied different locations and have ended up katty corner from each other in Broadmoor.  Fast forward to 2015: hosting a joint crawfish boil to raise money for UNITY of Greater New Orleans.

Thank you to everyone who supported us yesterday on ‪#‎GiveNOLADay‬! Because of our members, longtime friends and some new supporters, First Presbyterian received 13 gifts totaling $1,000!

Your support is a blessing and we will use it wisely.  We would like to invite you to worship on Sunday mornings at 11am. The atmosphere is somewhat traditional, and also casual and welcoming!

We have started a recycling fundraiser! There’s nothing to buy (isn't that awesome!). We are simply asking you to protect the environment by donating your used consumer electronics and unwanted, broken or mismatched jewelry.

Your used item(s) may be tax deductible and will be recycled in accordance with EPA regulations. 100% of the proceeds will help fund First Presbyterian.

Goodsearch- an engine for funds!

Goodsearch.com is a website powered by Yahoo that serves as a search domain for charitable organizations.  If you use this website and designate First Presbyterian Church of New Orleans, we will get compensated for every search that takes place.  If you're able to set Goodsearch.com as your home page, you’ll start using it regularly, and FPCNO will benefit from it!

Don’t forget to add it to your phone, home computer and other mobile devices.

You can also shop with Goodshop.com or the Goodshop App, and for every purchase, a percentage will go to the church.

Help First Presbyterian finish our kitchen renovation!

We have set up a Go Fund Me campaign to finish our kitchen renovation project.  As they say, "The kitchen is the heart of the home," and at First Presbyterian we already have a lot of heart.  What we don't have is a proper commercial kitchen.
