Worship Bulletin August 28, 2016, Sermon "A Pretty Big Table" Guest Speaker - Mr. Justin Wood

There will be a group of F.P.C. members and friends meeting up at First Presbyterian Church this Saturday, August 27 @ 7am to volunteer to help those affected by the flood waters in Baton Rouge. They have been assigned a home to gut out belonging to an elderly couple. If you would like to help and join FPC wonderful group please contact Zane @ 504-289-7232. They are planning to carpool.

PRESBYTERY TRAINING SESSION

Sunday, August 28 @ 2pm The Presbytery of South Louisiana will have a Presbytery Training Session in the conference room. All Session members, Deacons and committees are strongly urge to attend. A regular Session meeting will follow @ 3pm.

Summer pool party hosted by Nicole and Hoy Hughes at their home, 211 Rue Landry, St. Rose, La. on Saturday, September 3 at 3pm. 

“Seekers Wanted” an adult Bible study, will be held on Tuesday nights, beginning September 6th, from 7pm – 9pm in room 102. So far there are 13 members of the group.  9 are from outside of the Church!  If you would like to participate, contact Hoy Hughes @ 504-452-5856, hoy.hughes@gmail.com, or on the Yahoo group.
