Bring items for the food pantry

FPCNO has established a commitment to Broadmoor Food Pantry in donating nonperishable food items on communion Sundays. Bring an item or two to lay at the altar during communion.

Protein, Meat and Fish - peanut butter, tuna, canned ham, canned chicken, beans.Canned Fruits , Vegetables - (in water or light syrup) and vegetables, 100% fruit juice, instant potatoes, fruit preserves, dried fruit.Grains - cereal (low sugar), oatmeal, rice, whole grain crackers.Complete Meals - pasta and sauce, boxed meals, chunky soups, stews.Baby Products - powdered formula, baby food, diapers, wipes.

Hurray for the Riff Raff Concert

New Orleans folk-rockers Hurray for the Riff Raff recorded parts of "Small Town Heroes," its February debut for the Dave Matthews-founded A.T.O. Records label, inside the First Presbyterian Church on Claiborne Avenue at Jefferson in New Orleans.
